Block, EA, is a native of Brooklyn, NY, and a graduate of Wesleyan University, Middletown, CT. David has worked with TaxMaster since 1985.  David brings to his work the philosophy that the financial decisions we make are determined by our emotional states of mind, and that these decisions create our destinies.  In support of this approach, David is also a Certified Professional Coach, as well as a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and a Master NeuroStrategist.
